Can parts be packed for assembly-line use?
Yes. Parts can be separated, labeled, protected from surface damage, and packed in batches to support incoming inspection or line-side assembly.
Can threaded inserts or hardware be added?
Secondary operations such as threaded inserts, helicoils, PEM hardware, bushings, and simple assembly can be reviewed as part of the production plan.
Do you support both prototype and low-volume production?
Yes. Prototype quantities can be produced first, then the same drawing package can be prepared for repeat low-volume orders after validation.
Are the gallery photos exact production samples?
The gallery images are test media from the existing library and are used as visual placeholders. Final production appearance follows the confirmed drawing and finish requirements.
Can the surface finish be changed?
Yes. Common options include as-machined, bead blasting, anodizing, plating, polishing, passivation, and powder coating where compatible with the material.
Is inspection documentation available?
Inspection data can be prepared for key dimensions, threaded features, flatness, cosmetic requirements, or other critical characteristics listed on the drawing.
What files are helpful for quoting?
A 3D CAD file such as STEP or IGES is preferred. A 2D drawing with tolerances, material, finish, and inspection notes helps avoid assumptions.
What tolerances can be held?
General tolerances depend on material, geometry, process, and inspection method. Critical dimensions should be marked clearly on the drawing for review.
Can this part be adjusted for a different material?
Yes. The same geometry can usually be reviewed for aluminum, stainless steel, brass, engineering plastics, or other production materials depending on strength, weight, and cost targets.
Can you help simplify the design for manufacturing?
Yes. Design-for-manufacturing feedback can cover corner radii, tool access, wall thickness, fastening strategy, and finish constraints before production starts.
